Felicia Willis, MBA, CISM, ITIL, NSA, is currently the BISO Manager at Deloitte, where they oversee secure technology development and support cyber security initiatives. They held previous roles at CVS Health and PepsiCo, where they focused on business analysis and information security risk governance, respectively. Felicia also worked at Eli Lilly and Company for over a decade, managing project risks and ensuring compliance across various business functions. They own a certified personal training business and are pursuing an MBA in Business Administration and Human Resources from Indiana Institute of Technology.
