Felix Heß holds a Master of Science in Management from Universität Hohenheim and has experience in turnaround and restructuring at Deloitte since 2023. Previously, Felix worked at KPMG Deutschland as a Werkstudent and intern in Digital Finance, contributing to planning systems and digital transformation projects. Felix also gained valuable experience through internships at MHP – A Porsche Company and 4C GROUP AG, focusing on process improvements and market analysis, respectively. In addition, Felix served as a coach for business@school, an initiative of The Boston Consulting Group, from 2017 to 2019.
