Fernando Alonso is an Audit & Assurance Partner with nearly 30 years of experience in auditing, accounting, and advisory services, focusing on the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors. They have led first-year audit transitions and assisted companies with initial public offerings, secondary offerings, and private placements. With extensive expertise in business combinations and due diligence, Fernando has interacted with various regulatory agencies, including the SEC and PCAOB. They served as the National Audit Leader for Telecommunications in the United States and recently relocated to Northern Europe to serve as the group audit partner for a major audit technology client. Fernando holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
