Fernando Chero

Fernando Chero, MHA, has a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud, compensation design and management, and people analytics. They are currently a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, specializing in the development and implementation of human resource technology projects for corporate clients. Previously, Fernando worked as a Cardiology Readmissions Analyst at USF Health and served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the South Florida College of Public Health. They hold a Master of Health Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, both from the University of South Florida, where they graduated summa cum laude.
