Ferne Sofio

Ferne Sofio is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where they lead teams in Change Management and Business Readiness. With a passion for guiding organizations through transformations, Ferne has a proven track record of managing complex projects and adapting to continuous change. They previously held key positions such as Director of Marketing at Paster Enterprises and Training & Development Business Consultant with the State of Minnesota. Ferne also contributed as a Senior Change Management Consultant at Xcel Energy and served as an Adjunct Instructor at Rasmussen College. Currently, Ferne is pursuing a Bachelor's of Science at the University of Wisconsin-Superior and a Master's in Organizational Leadership at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
