Flora Wan is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Partner at Deloitte, where they deliver comprehensive advisory services throughout the M&A cycle. With expertise as a CA and CPA, Flora has played pivotal roles in numerous advisory and due diligence engagements globally, including in the U.S., Canada, the Middle East, and Central America. Flora's past experience includes serving as a Founding Partner at the Deloitte M&A Institute and as an Auditor in the financial institutions sector. They obtained a BComm from McGill University and have also contributed as a teaching assistant in the Honors Financial Accounting program there.
