Fouad Khan, PhD, is a climate change and sustainability leader with nearly two decades of international experience in ESG, climate risk, and disclosures. Currently, they serve as a Specialist Leader in ESG & Sustainability at Deloitte and are a member of the Expert Advisory Group for the Science Based Targets initiative. They hold a PhD in Environmental Science and Policy and an MS in Environmental Engineering from the University of Houston, Texas. Fouad has worked with notable organizations such as the World Bank, WWF, and UNOPS, and has received recognition as a UN Future Earth Fellow and Fulbright scholar for their scientific research. Their contributions include authoring award-winning papers and advising numerous companies on ESG strategy and climate risk mitigation.
