Frank O'Brien

Frank O'Brien is an HR enthusiast with nearly 16 years of experience supporting US Federal Government clients. Currently serving as a Cyber Security Senior Consultant at Deloitte since 2019, Frank leads learning and development initiatives and facilitates interagency meetings while contributing to various working groups focused on federal identity management. Previously, Frank held roles at Tetra Tech AMT and Deloitte, where they specialized in strong authentication policies and the issuance of Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credentials. Frank earned a BS in Marketing with a minor in Economics from Providence College, where they also served as a Peer Tutor in Economics and Logic.
