Frederik Behnk

Frederik Behnk is the COO at Deloitte SR&TA, focusing on strategy, risk, and transactions advisory. They have dedicated their career to the intersection of strategy development, execution, and people development, building expertise from ten years in the army, where they cultivated leadership skills and deep understanding of motivation. They spent nine years as an associate partner at Cultivator, training top management and enhancing skills within international companies. Since 2016, Frederik has been with Deloitte, leveraging their insights to drive change and develop strategies in a global organization. They received their education from Columbia Business School in 2008.
