Frederik D'heer

Frederik D'heer is a Partner at Deloitte Belgium, where they lead the SAP Practice and oversee the EMEA S/4HANA Public Cloud initiatives. With 25 years of experience in SAP-enabled business transformation, Frederik has advised various industries on their transitions to SAP S/4HANA solutions. Currently, they manage a team of 500 professionals at Deloitte Belgium and hold significant responsibilities in multiple public cloud projects. Frederik has also contributed to talent management as a Technology Talent Partner, facilitating the onboarding of over 150 graduate analysts annually. They earned a Master of Applied Economics in Business Engineering from the University of Antwerp and completed advanced studies in controllership and project management.
