Gary Parilis

Gary Parilis is the Human Capital Data Science Lead at Deloitte, where they focus on people analytics to understand experience and predict behavior using data and analytics. Previously, Gary held roles such as Global Head of Research Analytics & Marketing Science at The Modellers and Chief Research Officer at Greenwich Associates, leading teams in applying predictive modeling and data science. Additionally, they have experience from positions at IBM and Lucent Technologies, where they spearheaded analytics practices and contributed to customer experience improvements. Gary is currently pursuing a BA in Psychology and a PhD in Social Psychology at Rutgers University, along with a Big Data Certificate from the same institution.
