Georges Rayess

Georges Rayess is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in tax and consolidation leadership. They served as a Consolidation Specialist at Byblos Bank from 2010 to 2021 and later became the Tax and Consolidation Team Leader at Byblos Bank Group from 2021 to 2025. Their earlier role as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte from 2005 to 2009 allowed them to build a strong foundation in financial processes and IFRS application. Currently, Georges holds the position of Senior Manager at Deloitte. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the Lebanese University, a Master's degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from Sagesse University, and a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards from ACCA.
