Ger Butler

Ger Butler is the Managing Director of Financial Advisory at Deloitte Ireland, specializing in infrastructure and capital projects. With a 28-year career in finance, they have advised on various energy and infrastructure transactions, including project finance and M&A across multiple sectors. Ger trained as a Chartered Accountant and previously worked as a Financial Analyst at ESB International and in corporate finance roles at KPMG and KBC Bank. Additionally, they contributed as a lecturer in Strategic Management and are actively involved with the Transport & Infrastructure Council and the Environment Policy Committee at IBEC.
