Gerald McDermott is a Partner at Deloitte, where they advise both private and public sector clients on strategic, financial, and operational challenges. With extensive experience in financial restructuring, operational turnaround, and business transformation, Gerald has supported various stakeholders, including management teams and investors, to enhance financial positions across multiple sectors. Previously, Gerald served as a Director and subsequently as a Partner in Financial Advisory at Deloitte, and held significant roles at KPMG UK and NatWest. They have also completed an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School and hold a degree in Financial Services from Nottingham Business School as well as the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
