Gergo Molnar

Gergo Molnar is a Director at Deloitte, specializing in M&A and corporate finance, with over eight years of experience in financial services and portfolio advisory. Gergo has led the financial due diligence of banks and loan portfolio transactions, as well as participated in bank restructuring and resolution initiatives. Previously, they interned at GE Capital and have held various roles at Deloitte, including Assistant Director and Manager, where they executed multiple buy-side and sell-side transactions across the CEE region and the UK. Gergo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a Master’s Degree in Finance from Corvinus University of Budapest, and is currently a Level III Candidate at the CFA Institute.
