Gianluca Grassi

Gianluca Grassi is a Director in the Strategy Risk & Transaction division of Deloitte, where they focus on assisting corporate and private equity clients with financial due diligence processes and M&A transactions. With a strong foundation in financial analysis and extensive knowledge of due diligence methodologies, Gianluca has successfully navigated complex carve-out transactions and deal valuations. They previously held roles as a Finance and Administration professional at Jaguar Land Rover Italia and as an Audit Staff Accountant at KPMG Italy. Gianluca earned both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Economics of Markets and Financial Intermediaries from the University of Rome Tor Vergata and has contributed as a lecturer in the Due Diligence Process course at LUISS Business School.
