Greg Stoskopf

Greg Stoskopf is a Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting LLP, specializing in workforce compensation and job architecture. They lead national consulting efforts, helping clients across diverse industries design and implement innovative compensation and transformation programs. With extensive experience in compensation analysis and performance management, Greg is also the founder of Deloitte's Global Job Architecture solution and a member of the Global Rewards Leadership Team. They previously held roles at American Century Investments, DST Systems, and William M. Mercer, and obtained a BS in Biology and Psychology from Baker University and an MA in Organizational Psychology from The University of Kansas.
