Gregg Bourdo

Gregg Bourdo is a Manager in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice, focusing on Organizational Transformation and Digital Cloud Enablement. Previously, Gregg served as an Organizational Change Manager for the State of Ohio, where efforts led to significant improvements in employee engagement and satisfaction scores. With a background as a Professional Services Consultant at Comverse and extensive experience in management consulting at Accenture, Gregg has developed strategies that supported multi-site training logistics and agile transformations. Prior to their corporate career, Gregg was a Sergeant in the Ohio Army National Guard, demonstrating leadership and medical expertise. Gregg is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business in Management Information Systems at Kent State University.
