Hamish Clark

Hamish Clark is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transfer pricing and tax advisory roles. Currently serving as a Director at Deloitte since January 2021, Hamish leads the Energy, Resources & Industrials transfer pricing practice for Southeast Asia. Prior to this role, Hamish held the position of Tax Director for Transfer Pricing at Mercuria Energy Trading S.A. and served as a Senior Transfer Pricing Advisor at Shell. Earlier in the career, Hamish worked as a Transfer Pricing Tax Associate at JP Morgan and as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Hamish holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Newcastle University, completed between 2002 and 2005.
