Harlan Simpson

Harlan Simpson, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, consulting, and coaching within both nonprofit and academic environments. Currently serving as an Executive Board Member of the Cornell Rowing Association Board of Trustees and previously as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, Harlan has a track record of enhancing operational efficiency and participant engagement. Significant roles include the Program Director at Row New York, where management of 50 participants from under-resourced communities was emphasized, and the Assistant Women's Rowing Coach at The George Washington University, achieving remarkable team success. Harlan holds a Master of Business Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University, along with a background in Arabic studies.
