Hatice established an IT Audit framework at Odeabank and led projects focusing on IT governance, risk analysis, and compliance, including ISO 27001 and COBIT frameworks. They earned dual Bachelor's degrees in Information Systems Engineering from Boğaziçi University and Information Systems from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
