Haydee Milner

Haydee Milner is currently the Associate Director of Incentives and Reward at Deloitte UK, a position held since 2019. They previously served as a Tax Senior at Smith & Williamson from 2001 to 2007, focusing on tax compliance and advisory work. Prior to their current role, Haydee worked as a Consultant at Deloitte UK from 2017 to 2019 and as a Manager in Employee Reward at KPMG from 2007 to 2011, advising on employee reward and incentive issues. Haydee also held a managerial position at PwC from 2014 to 2016. They earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics and Philosophy from the University of Oxford and became ACA qualified through the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
