Hazel Gray is a Partner within the Global Investment and Innovations Incentives (Gi3) team at Deloitte UK, specializing in R&D incentives in the Energy sector, particularly oil and gas. With over 10 years of experience, they support clients in optimizing their incentive claims and executing effective strategies both in the UK and globally. Hazel has worked with a diverse range of clients from entrepreneurial start-ups to Energy supermajors, positioning them to devise incentives strategies that adapt to changing business and regulatory environments. Prior to their current role, Hazel served as a Director at Deloitte LLP from 2016 to 2020. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, earned in 1990.
