Heather Grant

Heather Grant is a Climate Change and Sustainability Leader with extensive experience in driving purpose-led strategies for organizational sustainability. Currently a Senior Manager at Deloitte, they focus on ESG strategy development, impact measurement, and circular economy initiatives. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Lloyds Banking Group, where they managed a team responsible for communications, engagement, and cultural transformation, and chaired initiatives to reduce environmental impact. Heather is an IEMA member and an alumnus of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. They hold a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Birmingham and an MSc in Information Systems and Technology from City, University of London.
