Heather Walker

Heather Walker is currently a Managing Director at Deloitte, specializing in cyber security services for State, Local, and Higher Education clients. Previously, they served in various roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, including Vice President and Principal, where they led strategic planning, business development, and contract management efforts. Heather’s early career included serving as a Surface Warfare Officer with the U.S. Navy prior to earning a B.S. in International Business from Villanova University. Additionally, they held the position of President at the Charleston Defense Contractors Association from 2019 to 2021.
