Heidi Jansen

Heidi Jansen is currently a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, where they leverage extensive experience in human resources and consulting. They began their career at the Human Sciences Research Council as a researcher, focusing on psychological test development and longitudinal studies. After completing an internship in Industrial Psychology at Magellan Consulting, Heidi served as a Consultant and Director at HJC, where they managed various HR functions and built strong client relationships. They hold multiple honors and degrees in Educational Psychology and Human Resource Management from the University of Pretoria and the University of Johannesburg.
