Helen Marcoux

Helen Marcoux is a strategic PMO and people operations leader at Deloitte, specializing in organizational transformation and human capital management. With over nine years of experience, they have led complex initiatives that align people, processes, and performance to drive portfolio execution. Previously, Helen worked as a consultant and manager at Deloitte, a human resources coordinator at the National Restaurant Association, and a hospitality team member in the restaurant industry. They began their career as an administrative assistant at Berkeley Research Group LLC. Currently, Helen is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at Dickinson College.
