Helen Millen

Helen Millen is currently the Director of People and Purpose in Financial Advisory at Deloitte, where they are responsible for enabling key initiatives related to engagement, well-being, inclusion, experience, resourcing, and development. From 2006 to 2019, they served as Learning Lead for Global Financial Advisory, successfully rolling out a digital curriculum for over 17,000 practitioners and rapidly retraining 2,000 professionals during the Covid-19 pandemic. Millen also held various roles within Deloitte, emphasizing talent development, well-being, and inclusion initiatives across the organization. They earned a First Class Joint Honours degree in German and Management Studies from the University of Leeds and became a Chartered Accountant through ICAEW.
