Hillary Elliott

Hillary Elliott is a Senior Manager at Deloitte Australia, specializing in Human Capital Transformational Change. With experience spanning various sectors, including Financial Services and the Public Sector, they have led numerous projects involving acquisition integration, agile team implementations, and the establishment of change management programs. Prior to their current role, Hillary held various positions at Deloitte Canada, contributing as a Consultant and Business Analyst, among others. They began their career as a Lessons Learned Co-Op Student at Nexen Energy ULC and served as Vice President of Communications for the Students' Union at St. Francis Xavier University, where they also coordinated a variety of societies as a Societies Coordinator. Hillary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with Honours in Leadership in Management from St. Francis Xavier University.
