Ian Fleming

Ian Fleming is an OT/ICS Cyber-physical Solutions Architect at Deloitte, specializing in cyber and strategic risk advisory for Government & Public Services. They have over twenty years of experience in leadership roles involving operational technology and cybersecurity across various sectors, including utilities and the Department of Defense. Previously, Ian served as Corporate Services Officer and IT Director at Intermountain Rural Electric Association, where they implemented policies for NERC CIP compliance and directed a large support team. Ian holds a Master’s degree in Cyber/Electronic Operations and Warfare from Excelsior College and is currently enrolled in executive management programs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Maryland University College.
