Icaro Botelho

Icaro Botelho is a GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) professional with solid experience in Internal Controls, Risk Management, and Internal Auditing. Currently, they hold the position of Team Leader in Controls Internos and Cyber - Identity at Deloitte, where they monitor risks related to Segregation of Duties and lead technical teams. Icaro has developed skills in managing risk assessment programs and has specialized in critical access risks and cybersecurity frameworks. They are also involved with IBEF Ceará as an associate and mentor in an executive mentorship program for young professionals. Icaro is pursuing an MBA at Universidade de Fortaleza and is studying for technical and bachelor's degrees in Business Management and Marketing at UNINASSAU.
