Iliana Sinclair is a finance and operations leader with over 25 years of experience in the financial sector, particularly within Big Four public accounting firms. Currently serving as a Tower Lead and Engagement Financial Advisor at Deloitte Services, LP, Iliana cultivates high-performing global teams while managing a substantial client portfolio. Earlier, Iliana held positions at Ernst & Young and Maimonides Medical Center, where they developed core skills in financial analysis and office management. Iliana is also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance at the City University of New York-Brooklyn College.
