Iryna currently leads the IT Transformation Program at Ypto/NMBS, focusing on governance, project management, and IT architecture, while also guiding companies in lean project portfolio management through Portfoleon. Iryna holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the International University of Finance and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
