Issy Davison

Issy Davison graduated from the University of Nottingham with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Management Psychology, where they developed a deep understanding of workplace behavior and performance management. Previously a Consultant at Deloitte, Issy also gained experience as a coach at Beeston Hockey Club and in various trainee roles, enhancing their communication and coaching skills. With a background in high-level hockey and coaching, Issy is keen to apply their expertise in the field of Executive Performance Coaching.
