J.P. Capote

J.P. Capote is currently a Solution Manager at Deloitte, specializing in Change Management. Previously, they held the role of Assistant Director of Programs and Services at The National Consortium for Academics and Sports, where they developed training curricula and managed diversity training for numerous employees. J.P. served as an Area Coordinator at the University of Central Florida, leading training initiatives and overseeing the well-being of a residential community. They earned a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Central Florida, alongside a BA and an MBA from West Virginia Wesleyan College.
