Jaakko Meronen

Jaakko Meronen is an Authorized Public Accountant (KHT) who has been active in the field since 2017, primarily serving as a signing auditor for audit clients in the financial services and energy industries. Meronen has over ten years of audit and advisory experience, providing technical IFRS advisory services, especially in financial instruments and hedge accounting. Currently, they hold a position as Senior Manager of Financial Reporting and IFRS Advisory at Figure Taloushallinto Oy, where they lead the development of advisory services for clients in the financial services industry. Previously, Meronen worked at Deloitte Finland, progressing through several roles including Senior Manager and Audit Manager, and early experience included serving as a Service Advisor at Nordea. They hold a Master's degree in Economic Sciences with a specialization in Accounting from the University of Jyväskylä.
