James Cumberland

James Cumberland is currently an M&A Tax Associate Director at Deloitte, based in Birmingham, where they provide advice on the corporate and personal tax implications of M&A transactions. They began their journey at Deloitte as a Scholar from 2010 to 2014, completing various placements across the firm, including roles in the Indirect Taxes, Corporate Tax M&A, and Audit Departments. Additionally, they interned as an Analyst at Barclays in 2013, focusing on the IBD Healthcare and Risk Solutions Group. James earned a Master of Arts in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge after attending Warwick School.
