James Gray is currently an M&A Manager at Deloitte, specializing in pre-deal and post-deal M&A advisory services, particularly focused on commercial due diligence and corporate strategy. In the past, James has worked as a Senior Consultant at Strategy&, providing insights on commercial due diligence and corporate strategy to clients in the APAC region, and as a Technology Advisory Associate at Grant Thornton UK LLP, where they conducted data analytics and research for business development. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with First-Class Honours from Loughborough University and is a fully qualified member of the ICAEW after completing the ACA qualification.
