Jan Spacek

Jan Spacek is a Senior Manager at Deloitte with over 15 years of experience in project management, specializing in complex system implementations and business change projects. They have successfully delivered more than 30 small-scale projects and over 6 large-scale projects across various roles, including Cutover Management and Test Manager. Previously, Jan worked as a Manager at Syncordis, where they coordinated the cutover phase for a core banking system implementation. Their consulting experience includes significant roles at Deloitte Luxembourg and Home Credit China, where they managed strategic projects in the financial services and fintech sectors. Jan is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations at the University of Economics in Prague.
