With over 14 years of consulting experience, Jared has established a strong track record in fostering a people-first culture and enhancing diversity and inclusion across four provinces. Previously, while at Tennis Canada, they successfully led a group sales team, significantly increasing sales revenue. Jared earned an MBA in Strategic Management, Organizational Behaviour, and Business Consulting from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
