Jared Weintraub, PhD, SPHR, is currently a Manager of People Analytics and Research at Deloitte LLP, where they concentrate on enhancing talent experience for over 180,000 employees globally. They hold a doctorate in Applied Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and a master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. As the founder of The Flow Group, LLC, Jared applies their expertise in behavior change and organizational development, while also serving as an adjunct professor at New York University. With over a decade of experience across various industries, Jared is a published researcher focusing on Flow Theory and the application of technology to drive behavioral changes in the workplace.
