Jason Zhang

Jason (Xinghui) Zhang, CPA, is an Associate Director in US Business Tax at Deloitte UK, specializing in Asset Management services such as Private Equity and Real Estate. With over seven years of experience in U.S. business tax, they currently focus on delivering comprehensive compliance and advisory services for global fund structures. Previously, Jason worked at Deloitte in multiple capacities, including as a US Tax Senior Consultant and Assistant Manager, and has established a global network through roles in Dallas, Hong Kong, and mainland China. Jason holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Accounting from Guangdong University of Finance & Economics and Southern Methodist University, respectively, and is currently pursuing UK ATT exams.
