Jay Langan

Jay Langan is a National Leader in M&A Transaction Strategy & Diligence within the Strategy and Transactions division at Deloitte, where they have been a partner since 2002. With over 30 years of experience in financial services and public accounting, Jay has spent the last 23 years guiding clients through all phases of the M&A lifecycle and has held key leadership roles within Deloitte's M&A group. They have advised both private equity and strategic investors on transactions across various regions, focusing on sectors such as banking, securities, payments, and asset management. Jay holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BBA in Accounting and Japanese from the University of Notre Dame.
