Jay Perry

Jay Perry is a partner at Deloitte Tax LLP, where they serve as the Chief Quality & Risk Officer and are a member of the US Tax Executive Leadership Team. With over 30 years of public accounting experience, Jay leads the National Tax Quality Assurance Group and addresses various quality assurance and risk management matters. They specialize in tax preparer regulatory issues, technology risk assessments, and global regulatory matters. Jay holds a master’s degree in taxation from American University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Nebraska. Additionally, Jay is a Certified Public Accountant in both the District of Columbia and Nebraska.
