Jayashree Iyer

Jayashree Iyer has a diverse professional background with significant experience in management consulting, project management, and business analysis. Starting as a Management Trainee at Apollo Hospitals, Jayashree managed health communication and international health insurance. A transition to the financial sector occurred at Indiabulls as a Credit Officer, focusing on home loan credit appraisal. Subsequently, Jayashree contributed to Deloitte India in various roles, ultimately becoming a Manager, where responsibilities included designing organizational structures and facilitating workshops with senior client HR leadership. A summer internship at Kansai Nerolac Paints showcased early project management skills through the successful launch of a demand generation program. Jayashree holds an MBA in International Business from KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Studies, along with a PG Diploma in Retail Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
