Jeff Devlin has a diverse and extensive experience in the advertising and marketing sectors, spanning over four decades. Serving as Executive Producer and Owner at Flying Tiger Films from April 2002 to May 2013, Devlin later became Chairman at Clarity Development Group Inc., a leading advertising consulting firm, from May 2013 to December 2015. Devlin's role as Chairman of WPP’s US Government Practice from January 2016 to January 2020 involved overseeing a vast communications services group. Currently, Devlin is the Chief Marketing Officer for the Government, Advertising, Marketing and Commerce sectors at Deloitte since January 2020. Previous experience includes serving as CEO of Medialogic from 2006 to March 2013 and as Sr VP at SSC&B Lintas from 1971 to 1984. Devlin holds an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Economics from Bethel University, complemented by postgraduate studies at Dartmouth College.
