Jenn Baellow

Jenn Baellow is a Talent Leader and HR Strategist at Deloitte, where they currently serve as the Senior Manager for US DEI Data & Transparency, overseeing critical initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, they held various roles at Deloitte, including Human Capital Senior Consultant and GPS Talent and Inclusion Program Manager, where they executed strategies focusing on talent and inclusion. Jenn gained early experience as an intern at KPMG and Levick Strategic Communications, and they have also served as the Associate Director for Career Communities at the University of Virginia, supporting students and alumni in business careers. They earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from American University.
