Jennifer MacLure

Jennifer MacLure is the Director of Learning Advisory and Skill Building at Deloitte, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, Jennifer worked as a Senior Manager for Leadership Development and Succession Planning, as well as in various roles including Manager of Mobility and Manager of National Campus Recruitment at Deloitte from 2007 to 2009. They began their career as a Telephone Banking Specialist at TD from 2001 to 2004 and later served as a Recruitment Analyst for Hewitt Associates in 2004. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Political Science from The University of Western Ontario, which they completed in 2002.
