Jie Liang

Jie Liang is a Partner in International Tax at Deloitte, where they lead the "accounting for income tax" group for US IPOs in Eastern China. Jie has expertise in accounting for income taxes, pre-IPO tax planning, and international tax planning, particularly regarding investments in China and outbound investments by Chinese entities. Prior to their current role, Jie served as a Senior Manager at KPMG LLP, where they led initiatives related to U.S. corporate tax and coached staff accountants. Jie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Marketing and a Master of Science in Accounting & Taxation, both from Oklahoma State University.
