Jim Shaw

Jim Shaw is a Managing Director at Deloitte, where they focus on helping state governments modernize systems that support critical services. From 2004 to 2022, Jim led teams to address a range of technology challenges, including cloud, cyber, AI, data, ERP, and strategy. Prior to their time at Deloitte, Jim worked as an Infrastructure Associate at EDS from 2000 to 2004, managing the development and implementation of web applications and supporting a global network operations group. Jim earned a BS in Management with a specialization in Information Systems from Kettering University between 1999 and 2003.
